Love a long day touring the countryside? These tips will make it even better
Adventure 4WDing is the best way to see Australia and experience the different terrains this country has to offer.  To do this though you need a tough vehicle with planty of power & torque.  Maybe you need to look at improving this before setting out on your next trip.  If so contact us about our kits.

From Sydney it is a touch over 750km and about nine hours solid driving to Bourke. From Brisbane you are looking at more than 20 hours behind the wheel and over 1700km just to get to Cairns. Perth is the most isolated city in the world, and even at 130km/h through the Territory, it will take you more than 12 hours (and that is 130km/h, the whole way, no stopping or even slowing) to see Uluru.

If you want to see the best parts of Australia, you have to be prepared to put in the big kays and tackle some long drives. For many of us, though, this is part of the adventure we live for.
