Blokes Hit the Tracks for Breast Cancer

What a great way to support a cause.  Adventure in the Australian outback to raise funds for an important issue that affects thousands every year.  Well done boys!! 

 

Ten years ago, four blokes set off in a HJ47 Troopy LandCruiser to tour Australia and raise funds for the Flinders Medical Centre Foundation breast cancer research fund.

In 2001, Nick, Andrew, Lachy and John travelled 35,000km in nine months to help out a mate in need.

The event came around as Nick’s mother contracted breast cancer and the 22-year-olds wanted to do whatever they could. The four blokes then decided to rally behind their mate and set off on an epic 4WD adventure in an attempt to help raise funds.
